A pre-arranged extra pumpout can help avoid problems especially around holiday periods when visitors arrive. We suggest talking to your visitors about excessive water use while they are staying with you.

Extra pumpout fees and charges
Extra services are invoiced separately to your Council rates notice and include the minimum service charge plus a fee for every 100 litres removed over 2,500 litres, per tank, per service.

Ad-hoc pumpouts can be performed on request even if you are not one of our customers. Submit our online form and we'll take care of the rest. Invoice fee includes a minimum 2 hour charge plus fees per 100 litres removed.

Avoiding an emergency
Emergency pumpouts incur an additional fee. To help you avoid having to arrange an emergency pumpout, we suggest the following:
- Monitor the level of contents in the tank.
- Schedule an extra service if required.
- Talk to visitors about the need to reduce water discharge into the system.
