Our tap re-washer program is available to eligible customers who have visibly leaking taps. This program is aimed to help save water and save you money.
This service is limited to standard tap fittings which are installed on stainless steel basins such as kitchen sinks or laundry tubs, where the leaking taps are not installed on any type of tiles.
We can also replace leaking taps fitted outside the house, such as meter taps and garden taps.
Please note: The tap re-washer service does not apply to the following:
- Toilet cisterns
- Tap washers in showers, over porcelain basins or where taps are installed on tiles
- Hot water systems
- Flick-mix taps
