Request a change of pumpout frequency

We understand that circumstances can change so we make updating your pumpout frequency easy. 

Our pumpout services range from bi-weekly to eight (8) weekly. The frequency of pumpouts should reflect the volume of effluent collected in the tank and this will vary based on your tank size, occupancy in the household and use of the system.

At any time you can increase or decrease your scheduled service.

Any changes to your pumpout schedule will be adjusted on your Council rates notice.

Step 2.Know your current pumpout schedule

If you are unsure of your current pumpout schedule, contact us on (02) 4429 3214. All we need from you is your property address.

What happens next

Step 1.Fees and charges

On receipt of your request to change your effluent pumpout frequency, Council will adjust your rates notice to reflect the updated fee. The adjusted fee covers the removal of up to 2,500 litres per tank, per service. 

Step 2.Additional fees

An additional fee will be invoiced for each additional 100 litres over 2,500 litres, per tank, per service.

Extra or emergency pumpouts include a minimum charge plus the fee for effluent removed greater than 2,500 litres.
