Tour Details

Learn how our water is collected, stored and purified before being delivered throughout the community, and how wastewater is treated before being released back into the environment. 

We visit two of our biggest treatment plants including our award-winning conservation practice, the Recycled Water Management Scheme (REMS).

How often are tours conducted?

We offer a range of educational tours including:

School Group Tours are only offered to high school or university students and dates are determined on request. 

Community Group Tours are held 3 times a year and we advertise the upcoming tour here on our website.  

How do I book to attend a treatment plant tour?

If you are interested in attending one of our tours or would like notification of an upcoming tour, please submit our online Treatment Plant Tour Request.

Our tours are free to attend but bookings are essential.
