Sign up for eNotices

What is eNotices?

eNotices is an electronic accounts service that allows you to receive your quarterly water bills through email and then have access to them through your own personal portal. Being registered with eNotices gives you a range of helpful benefits including:

  • It's easy to set up and manage and allows you to update your details at any time;
  • You can register multiple properties and view all of the property accounts in one place;
  • You can register multiple owners of a property so that all owners can be notified each time a water account is issued;
  • Easily check and compare new and past accounts; and
  • You can be tax ready every year.

New property owners must have received an account in their name before they can register.

How to manage multiple properties all in one place

Once you set up an account, you can easily manage multiple properties in your eNotices portal.

Simply log in to eNotices and using the latest copy of each new account, select "Accounts" then insert the unique eReference number (as seen on your notice), and click "Add".

If you no longer own or manage one of the properties listed in your portal, you can simply remove it from your list of accounts. By doing this you will no longer receive the water bill for this property.

How to register multiple owners and managing agents

If you are registered with eNotices, you can add multiple email recipients to the account, including property managing agents.

Simply log in to eNotices and select "Emails". From here you can input the additional email addresses of each owner or the property managing agent, so that everyone gets a copy of the account.

If a managing agent no longer manages the property, they must notify us to remove them from the property account.

Please note: Do not create multiple profiles for the one property. When multiple profiles are created, the latest profile will supersede all others.

Can I change back to paper bills?

If you decide eNotices isn't for you, you can change back to paper bills at any time.

To activate this change, call or email us and we will close the account at our end.

Please note: By changing back to paper bills, you will not be able to view past accounts issued.
