Shoalhaven Water participated in a recent event to help our most venerable with the cost of living. 

Community members were invited to meet with a range of local services to get advice about how to manage the household bills. Shoalhaven Water staff were onsite to help customers find possible solutions to any water bills they were concerned about.

What is EWON?

The Energy & Water Ombudsman NSW (EWON) is the government approved dispute resolution scheme for New South Wales electricity, gas, and water customers. If you've made a complaint, and you're not happy with the response, then contact EWON.
