- We also manage some of the Shoalhaven’s most scenic areas of wilderness and we’re committed to opening it up to the public so that you can get out there and experience it firsthand.
Shoalhaven Water have a dedicated team of staff both in the offices and out in the field that keeps your water running day and night, rain or shine, 24 hours a day seven days a week. We will endeavour to meet our Levels of Service agreed to and paid for by our customers and clients – the people of Shoalhaven.

Our systems & operations
Shoalhaven Water provides more than 45 million litres of water each day to more than 48,000 homes and businesses as well as collects and treats more than 18 million litres of wastewater from homes and business across the Shoalhaven each day. Our treatment plants

Our projects range from the innovative Reclaimed Water Management Scheme (REMS) to the provision and upgrade of water and sewer mains in the Shoalhaven.
Over 160 people are employed in the Shoalhaven Water Group and work in teams operating, maintaining and supporting Water and Sewerage services.
