Training and Apprenticeships
Traineeships and apprenticeships are an important part of the way we do business at Shoalhaven Water. They are a great way to learn and develop skills that will help set you up with a job and career for life.
An apprenticeship (4 years) or traineeship (2 years) is full-time employment that combines work and structured training. Our training programs are matched to industry needs and relevant to your employment. Many of our trainees and apprentices continue on with permanent employment with us.

Shoalhaven Water’s preferred sponsorship option for international candidates is a Temporary Business (Long Stay) – Standard Business Sponsorship (Subclass 457). This visa allows for international employees to work within Australia for four years.
