For property sale, the new ownership details will be advised to
Council
through the conveyancing process. This may take up to 8 weeks to take
effect.
Please note: Shoalhaven City Council is only able to send accounts in the name of the owner.
Changing the address for water usage accounts will also result
in changes to the address
for your Rates notices.
