About us
Proudly part of Shoalhaven City Council, Shoalhaven Water manages the collection, treatment and distribution of water in the Shoalhaven City. We also collect, treat and dispose of wastewater safely back into the environment.
But we’re about much more than just water and sewerage services. We work closely with schools and the community to help everyone care for our natural environment and become champions of Australian water saving.
We also manage some of the Shoalhaven’s most scenic areas of wilderness and we’re committed to opening it up to the public so that you can get out there and experience it first hand.
We are proud to have a dedicated team of staff both in the offices and out in the field that keeps your water running day and night, rain or shine, 24 hours a day seven days a week. We will endeavour to meet our Levels of Service agreed to and paid for by our customers and clients – the people of Shoalhaven.
Shoalhaven Water is all about looking forward to conserve and improve your water services now and into the future. With our expertise and your help we can make that happen.
